Thanks for Checking Out Your Free Month of Work Outs!

Our Goal at Adventure Fitness is to make our practice accessible to all. Some people may not be able to get to the gym every week, or may live far from our location, or they may feel like they aren’t ready for our crazy work out! Well lets break down all those barriers. This work out series and all level 1 classes are designed for all fitness levels, and if there is ever a movement inaccessible to a client, our coaches are not only ready but excited to find modifications to get you moving!

Start with our Warm Up Video every time you do a work out, Then proceed to do the stations for the time prompted by the timer link below. Start with a single set every few days till you are ready to kick it up a notch. You can even mix and match different work outs when you start doing multiple rounds. Always end with out cool down series, and you will be well on your way to #befitaf!
