A Hiit Class designed to help you take the first step to #befitaf!
A combination of Exercises and Obstacle use that is designed for beginners to become comfortable with the primary movements of the sport, by building strength, learning technique, and overcoming fear!

Mondays & Thursdays 7-9 PM
Two hours of Obstacle Fun. Lots of obstacles, lots of padding, lots of chances to play.
From kids, to teens, to special events for adults, we run clinics to give people their first obstacle course experience, or even to take competitive athletes to the next level.
Obstacle Course Foundations 2
A Hiit Class created to take your OCR Game to the next level !
This class is primarily taught using obstacles at each station. Suggested for those with a background in movement, with an existing fitness practice, or for anyone looking for a challenging and rewarding full body work out!
Move graceful like a tiger or steady as a monkey in this class. We will flow through movements building core strength, balance, footwork and body awareness.
We also run competitions for children, teens, and adults. We will hold these every few months with a lot of notice so make sure to join our mailing list!
